Amrsto1000, CDMO has no obligation to PR at all unless there is a material fact.

They may PR this early success of a customer just like that, no material fact, but there wouldn't be any obligation then, let alone a time limit of x-days.

CDMO has, in the past, never PRed successes from other customers (e.g. HALO Roch, Pfizer, J&J) either. What they have PRed where things like being proud of having a new Top 10 BP customers, etc, but even that was no obligation.

What do you think is the material fact, related to the ADCT new that would force CDMO to PR?
