Everyone needs to understand the "rate" on the Breakout Board.

"There is an overwhelming exuberance regarding OWCP. Still trending #1 on the BoB. Could we be in for some fireworks today?"

*Rate is the change in posting activity in the past 24 hours vs. the average from the prior 7 days*

If a board has an average of 1 post per day for the past 7 days and today there are 10 posts.

Today there is only 70 posts and the rate is 588% but it is only 70 posts.

GVSI has 426 posts and a rate of 150%.

So the Breakout Board is very misleading unless you understand their meaning of rate.
