There is a little dilution going on right now. That’s common in the OTC. In fact rare to find a company that isn’t diluting. It will end will all the acquisitions are closed.

No one invested here expects anywhere near $13M for Q1. The safebus deal closes in May. Q2 and Q3 will be when we see dramatic growth.
