Pualson / Fife selling has been 20% of the volume the past three days.


With every partition comes another 2 to 2.5mm shares for Fife to sell.

As I calculate it, Fife is earning about 65% return on his notes, which annualize to be about 92% via the OID (remember 28.5mm is what they owe fife and only get $25mm) and partitioning the notes.

Fife has made btwn $200k and $2.5mm by punting the 1.8 to 3.6mm shares immediately after getting them on 1/29, 3/12, and 4/8. He selling another chunk now. I wonder what that will net him? I wonder what selling 2-3mm shares every two weeks does to the stock? Yikes
