No, the shares are not SEC suspended, you know that though.
The cusip is suspended by FINRA, huge difference, resulting in a delisting of the shares. Much has happened since then, someone has to be there to turn the lights back on....so...post #114214, still valid. Who is signing for "anything" related to the former company? Even a shell needs a legal standing & a signing officer, which at this point would have to go through the court.
