I’ve been buying some ARCS at these low price trips... I notice two obvious things with ARCS. Very very little selling at .0004 or .0005. And secondly it doesn’t take much buying volume to push this up to .0007 -.0008. In conclusion , if there was level II for ARCS. You would see it’s very very thin after .0009
