I opened this in the mail today. It was a thick envelope as they returned all of my original paperwork. The control block is valid, and belongs to Meihua Xu. I'm OK with all the paperwork on the deal. The county courthouse here is sending me back my $160.00 filing fee refunded - 100%.
I am respecting 100% of my part of the agreement. We had a VERBAL AGREEMENT.
