Nice read. What jumped out was the 'dilution and voting rights' being impacted.

If GERS merges with another company then, yes, dilution of stock becomes obvious but as for voting rights, common shareholders of GERS have zero votes so nothing going to nothing equals nothing.

All the common stock holders of GERS could be compared to being an infant in the back seat of a Buick station wagon with KK being the driver. And if KK does not come out with some filings soon, the infants will only start to cry louder. Some might even need a diaper attended too.
