or truly have to do with us miners here on iHub unless it is a current event talking about the best clandestine/slippery/default/fall-into method/trick to turn a previous embryonic lithium mining company into a dowdy staid Lifestyle Company aimed at insider investors just looking to enhance management/insiders' retirement outlook/potential primarily through a steady-drip yearly stock dilution with some small measure of "bounce-back" potential a few months after said dilution/raid. Reference our last dilution from 18.02% ownership in MSB-SpA Maricunga to 17.35% at Bearing... drip drip drip... can you hear it? Drip drip drip. Ditto at LPI.

But as always, you are welcome to post something that is beneficial/healing/improving/enhancing in purpose to Bearing. In fact, if anyone out there in this big morass of shit can post anything beneficial/healing/improving/enhancing in purpose to Bearing (sans cheap limpdick faggoty hollow encouragements to have "more patience (ala TheGekko)" or circular rah-rah rubbish/dime-a-dozen-opinions like "Be happy, we are the 3rd biggest bestest in Chile therefore we must inevitably succeed" which ignores the fact that most of us will be dead in 2050 when this project finally gets off the ground as an actual/legal contributor to Chile's Sustainable Energy/Mineral Plan (a plan now hijacked from Baldo Prokurica by hydrogen-loving Bi Juan Carlos Jobet) if we are forced to stay with the plan-less excuse-making lazy beaners running LPI today.

The only good news on the horizon for us is that Pinera in conjunction with his wonderful new partner Covid-19 will most likely postpone for a second time the May 15-16 election to choose the 155 delegates to the National Constitution Rewrite Convention by another one month in an announcement around May 1 which then gives us another 30 days to breathe oxygen in Chile and stay alive.

Does anyone out there see any other good news for Bearing?
If so, then let's hear it by all means. Otherwise, I would guess that all you are going to hear on iHub here is sad news by default. And let's hope that some of that sad news is at least halfway humorous... otherwise then there is no reason to smile on this entire Maricunga project.
