Why are you so determined to discredit SIML or BBR&? This is the OTC, you should know that Companies down here don't really have their shi* together and all OTC Companies pretty much take advantage of most of the SEC rules and regulations to their advantage because they are guys that start with little or no capital or money! Heck, even Dow and Nasdaq companies constantly have offerings and basically print shares out of thin air!!! Jef Lewis has what it takes to take both of these Nationwide, and Worldwide but things don't happen overnight! I guess you just think they'll stop what they're doing and NOT build a brewery? DUH!!!! BBRW and SIML regardless of their past are NOW on track to make MILLIONS and BILLIONS HOW?????? By simply building brewery equipment and producing MILLIONS of gallons of craft beers with it! Nothing can stop it IMO!!
