Not aimed at you, but I posted the filing...it is all there.

These forms/these sites come up with "purchase" SOMEHOW, maybe because of the "consideration" dollar, given for the requirement of a contract..?

AS TO THE -145%(delta %): So, if Emil giving up a larger % of his holdings than his subsequent holding turns into -145%(DELTA %), WHAT WOULD BE THE DELTA % IF HE RELINQUISHED ALL HIS SHARES???? err%? infinite %? "BIG"% "EMPTY SET"% "HE DON'T HAVE NONE"%?????

Been around the markets for nearly 50 years, degree in Accounting, over a decade as a retail broker and I've never seen forms/reports/filings coming up with something so stupid as a delta % for holdings...

Please, ANYONE, describe the delta % for a sellout of all holdings? Unbelievable...
