There’s a problem. Lave was and is owned and controlled by the same crew behind Simlatus/Brewbilt/Boon
They were pumping deals and contracts with themselves!

One is for Proscere Bioscience ($3 million deal with SIML paid in convertible Preferred A stock) and Bgreen Partners ($4 million deal with VTNL/BBRW paid in convertible Preferred A stock).
