Because I have a s__tload of uselss BKMPP and after speaking to the BKMP transfer agent, it seemed to make a lot of sense to trade the useless BKMPP for something which at least has a shot.

Regarding the pulling of the filing, they pulled the SB10 not the SBQ, they are still considered an OTC applicant because they have filed the 15c211 with the NASD.

They will be on the OTCBB within 90 days according to the NASD and the OTCBB.

But what does all that matter so long as I can trade useless BKMPP for something which has a shot.
