Explain again why you are so against a very safe and effective drug from getting a chance to help people that need it.

Leronlimab failed its trials. The fact that it is safe and that there is a huge need are irrelevant without proven efficacy.

Do your 140 patient cohort of criticals. Hopefully, you get good data.

Acting like leronlimab deserves an EUA right now or to be promoted as a solution is anti-science. It is straight up quackery at this point.
