Hugo is right. I missed my chance to convert to Roths years ago and am paying now. I had 500,000 shares at $.12@. Sold 250,000 at just over $2.00 in a qualified account. Sold another 125,000 at just over $3.00 in a non-qualified trading account and now have a big tax liability. The last 125,000 am holding for the long-run, but they are also in a non-qualified account. I'm 66. It is what it is! But if you are young and you expect to be in higher tax brackets in the future due to advances in your income or increases in tax rates or both, it's no brain. Fund a Roth.

It's been a while since I posted and wanted to address another issue. There is an ongoing debate between the believers and the cynics, or maybe it's between the long value investors and the traders. The debate is "what does ABML have to deserve it's present market cap and my investment?". And while there will be many milestones passed, like uplisting, pilot plant built and proven, etc, the main reason I stay invested is that the demand for lithium over the next few years will surpass mine production and the ability of mines to scale fast enough for demand. Clean recycling will be a "key leg of the stool". And all this in an environment of rising lithium prices and margins! A pretty good set-up!

If you want to diversify in this sector, look at Aqua Metals AQMS. They are located near ABML in Nevada. They have a green process for lead recycling, and are moving into lithium with some patents on their process, also green. I've built a position of 40,000 shares and aiming for 50,000. And, like ABML they have a relationship with BASF too.

Thanks for your thoughts Hugo. You are the Papa bull on the top of the hill looking down at the pasture of cows. Walk down! LOL! Like Hugo says, time will be a good friend to ABML! Stay long and strong! GLTA!
