They just switched accountants, which companies occasionally do from time to time for various reasons (most frequently - the old accountant is not making them a priority client, the old accountant is not capable of handling the complexity introduced through company growth, or, on occasion, the old accountant does not have expertise or license in some new jurisdiction the company or a subsidiary is beginning to operate in.

To me, the most significant thing about this was that they actually filed the notice on Edgar, indicating that they still care about compliance with US market standards. This suggests they may yet try to find a new custodian for the ADRs.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
