GeoVax Announces Pricing of $9.0 Million Overnight Nasdaq Public Offering

Lucosky Brookman acted as Underwriters counsel on both the Uplisting of Geovax in September and todays overnight follow-on offering.

GeoVax Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOVX) a biotechnology company developing human immunotherapies and vaccines against infectious diseases and cancer, announced that it has entered into an underwriting agreement with Maxim Group LLC under which the underwriter has agreed to purchase, on a firm commitment basis, 1,440,000 shares of common stock of the Company, at a price to the public of $6.25 per share less underwriting discounts and commissions.
