Not sure why the judge needs max amount of time to decide yay or nay on moving forward, but, that's the legal game for ya. My guess is he reviews and allows it to proceed to the court room. PM hasn't stated anything to convince the judge that they are innocent, while hcmc has submitted pages showing scientific data. This could stretch out for years, but I do see it proceeding and the price surpassing .01 next. There will be a massive dump when this occurs lol
