RYES is a freaking SCAM - just like the old Emgold was.

This is entirely a scam to sell newly issued pennystock. ZERO chance of Idaho-Maryland ever reopening as a mine. There is a better chance of getting permits to drill for oil in Central Park in NYC or on the Capitol Mall in DC.

Anyone can file for permits, just as Emgld (another Canadian pennyscam stock) did several years ago. The city and county are legally required to process the applications, during which the scam sells stock to the new victims. Butt, just as with Emgold, there is ultimately ZERO chnce the applications will be approved and no permits will ever issue. Butt during the years of pendancey, the scam will issue and sell oodles of new pennystock to suckers.
