HAHAHA, ya....maybe why they are filing the custodial application? Really good question! How can a guy fight it easily without great expense FROM JAIL!

Also, IF we can shed those MONSTER bond holders due to statute of limitations on their debt then maybe we have a chance to really make something here. I bet those people are now wishing they had negotiated conversions on the bonds. I do not believe they did but could be wrong. Of course, OMNI will be looking into all of that if they get the go ahead on the 4th.....really impressed on how fast based on their twitter postings they are moving on COHG after getting approval. Guessing things will move quickly here as well....
