You have been one the people who have in the past picked up the phone and talked to G's ...I admire that for what it's worth...
Couple of observations....first on my favorite topic-the short position...........where there are published shorts there are unpublished naked shorts...
I am one who still believes there is abig naked short position as the published short position grows monthly..from everything I've seen, enforcing the naked short epidemic takes alot of resources and time...the typical targets of it, OTc.BB stocks don't have alot of either...but I offer this thought, if I'm running a company and suspect that a very large short position in my company's stock exists at the same time behind the scenes I have enough going on that will produce an event eventually triggering a frenzied cover, how much effort do I put into fighting the system vs. working on delivering monetizing events that solve the other issue at the same time...I would keep my head down and work on delivering the goods...
It's painful to watch MM's do their stuff which they are absolute masters of and a byproduct of their actions draw sales from weaker hands thinking something bad is going on..they are very good at it....In a way I admire their ability to do what they do...they create their own perfect storm.......and a company that doesnot yet to have their monetizing coming-out party is a perect target...personally, I think there are 3 or 4 different short positions on Torvec.....
Your money only dissappears in torrents if you sell your stock at a level below your average...Like you, i'd like to know whats happening but based on the ampount of info we have been given during the queit period, i dont think it was completely quiet..I think there is alot going on regardless of what happens to the share price day to day...isn't the shareholder meeting the forum for informing stockholders what is going on...why not see what the comapny has to say and then make a judgement call....?
You points are valid in my opinion but may partially be manifested in watching the share price and being pulled over to the dark side by some of our favorite posters here...LOL
