If we're talking about the same tweet, the exact quote is

$BTZI - a news that everyone was waiting for is coming. We just closed a huge deal ( Bitcoin ATM related??). Now, expect the company to start posting its financials.

The tweet on 4/22/21 two days later referencing yesterday's PR says...

We were waiting for this agreement to be signed:

It seems that either they're referring to finalization of the purchase of the earlier Bitcoin ATM patent, or they're referring to another agreement to license the patent to a third party.

There is a third possible reading of that PR that I now think is the correct interpretation. Here's how it's worded...

...announced today that it entered into a strategic agreement to exclusively license the intellectual property for its Bitcoin ATM I.P. portfolio. The I.P. portfolio now includes licensing agreement for patent US 10,332,205 B1 (Bitcoin kiosk/ATM device and system and method of using the same).

Is the "strategic agreement" being entered into with the owners of the first patent??? In other words, there's no second agreement. This is all referring to Bots acquiring "exclusive" rights to the second patent and nothing else. It's likely that their lawyer told them that before they start going after companies for infringing on their patent, they better get the rights to the earlier patent locked up.
