It's having both...

(i) the merger of the Company with and into BrewBilt Brewing Company

(ii) a 1-for-150 reverse stock split of by the issuance of one share of BrewBilt Brewing Company common stock for each 150 shares of our common stock outstanding prior to the Reincorporation Merger
