All the GM-CSF inhibitors are intriguing because we know that severe Covid and death is caused by the cytokine GM-CSF. Lenzilumab is far ahead of the competition and lenzilumab has zero safety concerns. The other anti-GM-CSF drugs have had immunosuppression issues. So lenzilumab will be given an EUA now and maybe some other anti-GM-CSF drugs will get an EUA in a year if they can show good safety.
