Did a simple google search on Noah Weinstein from Brooklyn New York. A LinkedIn profile for a person with the same name in Brooklyn list him as a day trader.

Death nell to this ticker. Not much else.

Took a look at the other tickers on whale wisdom and found that none of the tickers have done very well with GW holdings filing an SC 13G. (All sub penny still, save BMIX at .02). I do not credit any source showing that they paid $5 Million for their shares.

As with many of these sub penny P&D’s the address of GW is a UPS store.

While I cannot find any connection to Yoseph Gorowitz other than your cutout, YG is a slightly different story.

A YG from crown heights in Brooklyn is the founder of Proedge.

Apparently, these guys got $60,000,000.00 in funding from Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV) in May of 2014. Maybe a big deal.

The LinkedIn profile for YG lists his current address as Los Angeles.

It also lists a variety of awards and honors (it is much better when someone else says your great than when you do it, even if it is still fluff) however the last of these was from 2013.

YG’s background seems to be in technology, so in addition to the fact that I see no connection between YG and this ticker, he doesn’t seem to be an OIL guy.

“Management” on the updated website still seems to be ONLY Howard Bouch. A one man “oil company” run by a 72 year old.

I own many freebies so just speaking the truth and trying to start a dialog. It appears the ticker may be crashing.
