Since the issuance of 3 very recent and seemingly positive press releases, the PPS has fallen.

When an app is scheduled to "launch", IMO it means accessible to those who want a download; not that an application has been submitted to the governing bodies for review and approval. I suspect most everybody understands "launch" in the same way as I understand it. As I opined, when NASA announces a launch date, they don't mean the date on which they will apply to the FAA or other government agency for permit or approval.
