HGEN's lenzilumab was chosen for Operation Warp Speed so it is not impossible for Small Cap Pharma to be included. Although, it has been clear that lenzilumab has been a favorite of the FDA and NIH all along. It probably has to do with both the drug having huge promise and government officials trusting HGEN's management. HGEN has powerful friends in government and Big Pharma. CYDY has friends in poor countries with corrupt, authoritarians as rulers.

The below was written on April 13 by the director of the NIH, Dr Francis Collins. He says that marcrophages are the key to stopping Covid. Macrophage is the "M" in GM-CSF. HGEN's lenzilumab is an GM-CSF inhibitor. Sorry Bruce, it's not Rantes, it's GM-CSF!
