Well I’ve herd you ask this question many times so I’m going to t try to answer it for you. Doesn’t mean I’m right. Restricted shares as the name suggests are restricted till they meet certain conditions then they become regular common shares. Now the difference between the preferred shares is when we convert them they become non-accessible shares after the conversion process. Meaning even if there’s a reverse split your share count remains the same or the prices that was paid for those shares remain the same. That being said if this LAHO Shareholders get there shares they might want to hold them as long as possible. For me I would only sell after the growing process takes place and a reverse split happens or a buy back. I’m not an experienced trader but after looking up all the definitions of preferred shares,non accessible shares and restricted shares that’s what I came up with. But I’m 99% sure I’m wrong here but we’ll get more information if this deal ever goes through:
