Um not convinced this RIGHTS OFFERING is advantageous for individual investors given we basically want to be in/out. I guess if one intends to hold the bag for several years maybe it's a good thing. Fortunately my 3,000,000 shares are @ .0023. Bad thing is what are the chances this makes say .0025 before this offering takes place? The only thing that's going to move this is a favorable ruling with the MTD. That by itself I think will only make .002 - .0022. That would be a salvageable loss..... But one I might have to take.
