Circling back to this post... about two weeks after I mentioned Josh still had SHWZ listed in his Instagram bio I noticed he removed it. He's been promoting his new brand Artsy so I decided to reach out and he did in fact confirm that he has stepped away from Schwazze.

His reply read as follows:
Much love! Working on the next big project!! Stepped away from Schwazze and wish them the best!

I am heavily invested, currently holding 30k shares and am not concerned about his departure. I'm an entrepreneur in the cannabis industry like Josh and have worked for every company I've sold a brand or license to, and have subsequently left each position on good terms to pursue a new venture of my own.

Purely speculation: He may have sold some shares to fund his new venture but I would bet he's continuing to hold a large portion of them.

Been a long time lurker here and I thank you all for your due diligence and continued enthusiasm for the company. I am a long term holder of SHWZ and I am confident the company has a bright future ahead of it.
