“We are actively engaged in discussions with acquisition targets” does not mean that they are currently in discussion with a company because it can also mean that they are in discussion among themselves in how to go about with acquisition targets. Lawyers are good at writing statements that makes one see something that isn't really taking place at the moment.
"that range from $5 million to more than $50 million in annual revenues". So, a penny stock company is acquiring to take over a $50 million company? Is this what this means?
In an opinion, though the news appears position it was at the same time not acceptable to me because the statement they made is not truly clear if they are in discussion among themselves or with companies and remember one acquires company one at a time, they use "acquisition targets" as in a plural form. I also believe that they will execute a reverse split and it will be 100 or 150 to 1 and this is just an opinion as well.
After this news and though the chart truthfully look positive, it appears to me that the stock will drop between .0015 and .0018, if it does, I will position myself once again in the company, but if it doesn't I sincerely which all you guys the best with this stock.
I decided to increase my INTV shares, it appears to be dropping a little, but that is okay and if it drops to .15 cents I will increase my shares. I already made a profit with the stock.
I will no longer be posting on BYOC unless I position myself, sure many of you will be happy and most of you won't miss me.
Again, sincerely hope it rises, and I took a chance in dumping it, but then if it goes up it would not bother me, and I am not one of those investors that say I sold too early.
