Is it responsible/ethical to open a boutique longhauler covid clinic based on a pre-print pub algorithm, new IncellKine diagnostic test, and unproven/unapproved treatment cocktails of eg ivermectin & thymosin alpha?

I ran Diagnostic Virology at Stanford, this test has been validated in a CLIA approved lab, we have 7 other COVID publications in print and 5 COVID patents. We are using FDA approved drugs based on the mechanism of Chronic COVID-nuff said!

Nuff said, really?? Do you have any evidence that this test is useful for guiding treatment in covid or as definitive diagnosis for "long covid"? Or that any of your repurposed drug cocktails are effective for these patients you're recruiting to your online virtual clinic?
