I will add that IF Yorkville decides to convert these immediately; they will get 40 million shares.



Why 40?

Because where the share price is right now that's what it works out to or is there a clause that limits it to 40 million if taken before debenture maturity?

If yorkville chooses to cash in before years end or maturity or whatever its limited at 40?

So say this goes the distance, KBLB chooses or yorkville chooses the shares option and it works out to 40 million because of where the share price is at.

What happens to the remaining 160 million or so registered shares?
