MLLLF, "might be a while", because it's been a while, no?? What has the 6/9/12 month return been here on MLLLF? By "not approved" are you talking about the NAS application? Anyway, a bit of a confusing post. Engine is still is the owner of WinView regardless of the current civil dispute, so this should not be a holdup, but a cautionary line on their reporting/filings in regard to open litigation. I'm curious where you see the max MC of Engine being, as all these possible shares/placements/shelfs come into fruition in the near future.

MLLLF (it might be a while)? Based on what? Canada approved the 150 mil shelf. Makes no sense why its not approved. Maybe the SEC is waiting for a resolution on the patent dispute? AIS arbitration? Cant be much longer
