when bitcoin, which was supposed to run to $400K, breaks support in the low 50s, that's enough to create havoc in altcoins, isn't it?

in other news, equities got spooked by a move to hike capital gains taxes, and that can't be isolated to stocks. crypto whales pay taxes, too.
