Let's put it this way if leronlimab was killing people 3 to 1 over placebo would the FDA give the green light for more eind's or OLE you are just full of fud.

Leron does better in days 1-14 and the placebo does better in days 15-28. But neither is as good of a look as looking at the entire 28 days combined. At 28 days, leronlimab has 24% efficacy.

I agree that leronlimab deserves another trial to try to prove that giving treatment for a longer period will lead to better efficacy at day 28 and day 60. But I doubt it will have good data. Maybe slightly good data. Probably less than 24% efficacy because that was their best 16% slice of that trial.
