justifiably: IMO, they are going public so the original investors who put up the capital to start Aero Exhaust want to get their returns. They put up the capital, the company issued private shares, now for them to cash in those private shares, they'll have to sell them to the public. The only way to do that is to become a public company.
Hence, Aero going public.
