It appears the markets have a different opinion-not_exactly

It seems the usual game. Walk up the PPS on low volume between 1-1:30. The retail flip traders come running in.

In the last month it has gone from Pfizer, to Lilly, to Viacyte is going to save PMCB. Now Austrianova is going to garner $Ms from stock proceeds yet to be made, and will give it all to PMCB. Out of the goodness of AN's heart. And who needs any damn FDA Holding up the works. The fluff blowing in the wind says AN is going to stage, and pay for a clinical trial in China. Might as well make it China as the first choice, with Mongolia the second.

The result is the PPS goes back to 0.02 for the Nth time. With predictions it will go to 0.10 soon, and $1 later. Then when nothing happens, the PPS fades below 0.02. The MMs get blamed. The retail flip traders complete their flip, and leave. Then the process repeats.
