Misinformation on what the SEC said bigtime. At NO point did they say fake or fraudulent anywhere. How bout you read the SEC REPORT on $SCIE , remember that ticker? Remember how the SEC suspended it and told everyone it was a pump scam by twitter users? Read that and tell me how in the hell you see a comparison to that and $IMNPQ. We have the 8ks, we have a team and REAL people working on a REAL merger.
The SEC would’ve said if this was an artificial pump, they did not because this is as real as they come.

Read that and compare $SCIE (a delinquent company with nothing to its name, no filings, artificial pump) to $IMNPQ that has a real plan and real trustees working on something big. We have nothing to worry about.
