All I see happening here is the eventually halting of the stock. And likely followed by charges.
It’s tougher now - because his Chinese Capital company claims are harder to disprove, but seems likely this is a typical, run of the mill scam.
It’s always looked that way to me - but every time he tweets out his garbage “updates” in simpleton fashion, it just hammers the point down further. IMO
