USA Rare Earth, LLC shared a post: Congressmen Gooden (R-TX) and Gonzalez (D-TX) reintroduced the Reclaiming American Rare Earths Act (RARE Act) today to support the U.S. supply chain for rare earth elements and critical minerals. The bipartisan RARE Act would provide beneficial tax treatment, enhanced business expensing, and federal grant funding to U.S.-based rare earths projects, including for recycling, reclamation and secondary recovery of critical minerals and metals. The RARE Act is a blueprint to drive more investment in U.S.-based rare earths projects
