I agree. They did an R/S on 03/31/2020 cleaning up the share structure and did a few fillings since then but never followed through yet. I doubt they got everything setup to just let her sit forever.

Once she shows some new life she will run hard with her tiny share structure and micro market cap. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/STTH/security She is a ticking time bomb..
