I do not remember them filing anything between going dark and now regarding issuing more unregistered shares. So, my total guestimate would be that is about accurate unless Victor messed with it behind the scenes over the years somehow. Obviously way back did dd on this one and seems to fit mathematically with the 950m outstanding with what I remember. Of course, could be wrong since I am not finding that number anywhere now or the current outstanding. But if I had to guess that would be my guess based on the available information unless someone finds something better. Hope that helps!
