There is no background check of the nature that you believe there is. And the minimum price is 3.00 if I recall. Which would explain the reason the shorts took the price below 3. Not a coincidence. On the brighter side, the shares remain very cheap. Glad I was able to load up below 2. Still a bargain in the 2’s. Getting in very early in the growth cycle.
