I hope not too much. Are there convertible notes or something that are being cashed in that I missed? By the looks of it their business model can be highly leveraged quickly Because of their tangible assets they believe other forms of financing can be secured without diluting shareholders. They said $270,000 cash on hand should be adequate to cover operations in the near term They are talking about up-listing organically The stock price has to rise without a RS for that to happen DCAC $$$$
