Leo could've helped some people in hotspots had he opened more sites in the US instead of Russia. The US averages about eight times more daily cases than Russia, so enrollment should be faster. IPIX has more than 10M in the bank so money is not a problem. The FDA granted Fast Track and allowed some sites in the US so there goes the theory of the government wanted IPIX to fail because they are in the BP's pocket. I doubt shareholders will ever get an explanation as to why most patients will be enrolled in Russia rather than in the US.
