Personally, I wouldn't have touched this unless I had seen their audited 10-K, which I found to be of very good quality, and then took a significant position. My point is that the most important difference between Pink Sheet stocks and ones listed on the OTCQB is that they are fully compliant, as you point out, with regard to SEC filings, because if they hadn't been, I wouldn't have bought in.
