CLST Holdings Inc (CLHI)

I invested in CLST just before the last R/S. Bad timing. The R/S didn't worry me, but I was unaware they were going to issue more common stock right after. Had I known, that would have stopped me from investing. Now I have a cost basis of just over $1. Honest question. Do I have a chance at recouping my losses? Or do I just hope there is another run that will cut my losses? I understand no one has a crystal ball so what I do with any opinions offered is on me. I am especially interested in hearing what some who have been here long think of the potential of this company and management. Thank you for any insight.
