Exactly, and those very exchanges that stopped retail trade, allowed institutions to buy xrp at the very same time.
Think about that just 1 second, what does that tell you. Big buys going full blast while retail cannot buy.

SEC tried to shut down XRP and scared some exchanges into dropping it as a tradeable asset yet XRP thrives outside the US.
