Wow,everyone thinks Malala cancelled stock to treasury,what a pile of crap!
Malala did not make this stock available to the public but instead turned it in to “warrants” for a spousal trust to be exercised by his trust @ 2.1 cents....he gave the stock back to himself as warrants,what a joke getting this stock past 3 cents ever because he(trust) will simply exercise warrants to add a little money to company paid for by the retail public. In other words the stock will still be free to his family spousal trust this is in our opinion only I would like to hear from any other shareholders out there that may be able to dispute this with facts.
